These dedicated rooms are open during official working hours, from 8:00 a.m. every day, including Saturdays and Sundays, throughout the period reserved for electronic filing of candidacies.
The representative of each list may be accompanied by a person of their choice in these rooms, in order to receive assistance with entering and submitting the electronic declaration.
The second stage concerns submission of the original candidacy file. The announcement specifies that each list representative must go in person to the headquarters of the relevant province, prefecture or electoral district, to the authority responsible for receiving candidacies, and lodge the complete paper file within the set deadlines.
