Canal 212, a company registered with the Casablanca Commercial Register, with its registered office at 64 Avenue de l’Hermitage, Casablanca 20540 – MOROCCO, represented by Ms Mariam Wahibi, in her capacity as Managing Director, operates the digital platform dedicated to the Moroccan diaspora, www.canal212.ma, hereinafter the “Website”, providing access to various information, as well as to various complementary services and products, as detailed below.
These general terms and conditions of use (“GTC”), which are governed by Moroccan law, are intended to govern the use of the Website as well as the use of the various services (news, guides, tools). Browsing the Site and/or registering for a service (newsletter, notifications) automatically implies the Site user’s express and unreserved acceptance of the T&Cs.
In the event of a breach of the terms of these T&Cs, Canal 212 reserves the right to take any measures necessary to protect its interests and, in particular, to ensure compliance with these terms. To this end, Canal 212 may, in particular, bring civil and/or criminal proceedings against the user of the Website.
Any contrary condition not accepted by Canal 212 shall not be enforceable against it. The fact that Canal 212 does not rely on any of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of Canal 212’s right to rely on them at a later date.

Personal data collected via this website (contact forms, newsletters, guide downloads) has been declared to the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data (the CNDP). Users may obtain the necessary information in this regard from this body.

Canal 212 has created the CANAL212.MA website and makes every effort to ensure that the information published on the website (MRE news, flight timetables, administrative procedures, etc.), and reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to amend the content.
6. About the Website
In particular, the Website offers the User:
- Accessing content and information on the Website (Diaspora news, investment guides, advice on settling in).
- Various services enabling him to access specific and useful information (weather, prayer times, on-duty chemists, train timetables).
- Downloading exclusive content (e.g. the Marhaba Guide).
The Services include, in particular, the following:
- Free services enabling French nationals living abroad to find out more, download practical guides and engage with the community.
- Subscribing to themed newsletters or web notifications (push notifications).
The User is informed that free and unrestricted access to the Website’s Content and Services is funded by revenue generated from advertising displayed in these spaces. In its capacity as the Site’s publisher, Canal 212 is free to sell advertising space on the Site to advertisers of its choice. The Website provides access to various information and services. Canal 212 cannot guarantee that the Website will operate without interruption. Canal 212 is only bound by an obligation of means with regard to the operation and continuity of the service. Similarly, Canal 212 shall not be held liable for events resulting from force majeure. Use of this website is entirely at the user’s own risk; Canal 212 makes no warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.

The information that the User obtains from the Website or in connection with the Services offered by CANAL 212, whether on the Website, by email or via text message, does not give rise to any warranty on the part of Canal 212. All information, data and advice (in particular regarding administrative procedures or investment) published on the Website is sourced from the best available sources and is provided for information purposes only.
