THE DAMANE PROGRAMMES
These are guarantees for companies incorporated under Moroccan law that are engaged in the production of goods or services*, in the case of working capital loans from banks relating to the companies’ operating cycle and exceeding 1 MDH.
* Excluding property development and deep-sea fishing.
Damane Atayssir
The collateral ratio is 60 per cent of the principal amount of the loan.
It should be noted that Damane Atayssir charges a guarantee fee, calculated as 0.5 per cent of the loan amount.
Applications to Damane Atayssir are made through the banks.

Damane Istitmar
The loans to be guaranteed must relate to investment programmes, financial restructuring, business transfers or business takeovers.
The guarantee ratio is 60 per cent of the principal amount of the loan for facilities intended to finance investment programmes, business transfers or business takeovers. It may be increased by 10 per cent in the following cases:
- Businesses that have been in operation for less than three years;
- Industrial companies, exporters and those operating in the green economy.
In the case of financial restructuring, the percentage is set at 50 per cent of the principal amount of the loan.
It should be noted that Damane Istitmar charges a guarantee fee, calculated as a percentage of the loan amount, at a rate of 2 per cent.
Applications to Damane Istitmar are made through banks or leasing companies.
