This programme is aimed at micro-enterprises, sole traders and informal economic units wishing to join the formal economy. It comprises three support schemes:

• For micro-enterprises with a turnover of between one and ten million dirhams:

Up to a maximum of 100,000 Dhs, the government covers 90 per cent of the costs relating to technical assistance (access to capital, expertise, etc.) and management capacity-building.

• For sole traders:

Individual support covers the administration and management aspect, up to an annual limit of 10,000 Dhs. The programme also covers accounting and administrative activities for up to three years, up to an annual amount of 1,000 Dhs. In addition to this support, there is a sum of 2,000 Dhs earmarked for group training courses aimed at capacity building.

• For transition into the formal sector: 

In addition to the same support provided to self-employed individuals, the scheme includes a rent subsidy (up to 50 per cent of the rental value), capped at 10,000 dirhams.
