Objects and items (such as gifts to private individuals resident in Morocco …) sent from abroad are exempt from import duties and taxes, provided they are not of a commercial nature (in terms of their nature, number or quantity) and if their value does not exceed 1,250 dirhams. This exemption applies exclusively to single consignments (it does not apply in the case of multiple consignments between the same recipients and senders).
