ASSISTANCE WITH CUSTOMS CLEARANCE OF GOODS (ADIL)
For imports of goods for commercial purposes, it is useful to familiarise yourself in advance with the applicable customs duties and regulations (duties, taxes, etc.). This information can be accessed online via the ADIL service (Online Assistance for the Clearance of Imported Goods), provided by the Customs and Indirect Taxes Administration, available via this link.
This service provides information in particular on:
- Customs duties and taxes payable on importation under the general regime or under regimes established by agreement;
- Taxes collected on behalf of other authorities;
- The documents to be submitted and the standards to be met, in accordance with the relevant regulations;
- The tariff concessions granted under the agreements and conventions concluded by Morocco;
- Certain conditions governing the granting of preferential arrangements;
- The relevant regulatory texts and implementing circulars;
- Some statistical data on Morocco’s foreign trade.
