Extract from the criminal record
This document provides an overview of custodial sentences handed down by a court in Morocco, whether for crimes or offences.
This extract can be requested directly from the relevant department of the Ministry of Justice (for example, via the website http://casierjudiciaire.justice.gov.ma), or via the Moroccan consular services.
It is issued exclusively to the person concerned, upon presentation of proof of identity, and may only be handed over to a third party upon presentation of a notarised power of attorney.
PLEASE NOTE:
If the application is made by a third party, a notarised power of attorney is required.
REQUEST
- A photocopy of the CNIE (or a photocopy of the first page of the passport, if the person concerned does not reside in Morocco);
- Extract from a birth certificate, if the person concerned does not hold a CNIE;
- A 10-dirham revenue stamp.
