Contact details, Appointments and location

The call centre, which is dedicated to Moroccans living abroad, can be contacted by calling 00 212 537 66 33 00 (charged at the rate of a call to a landline in Morocco) or the freephone number (free of charge), provided in the country from which the call is made (see the list of freephone numbers on the website www.consulat.ma, under the heading ‘Do you need to contact the consular services?’).

Online application for a consular appointment

For many consular offices (see the list of relevant consular offices via this link), appointments must be booked online (applications must be made via this link). Please note that the collection of documents (CNIE, passports, birth certificates and family record books) and applications for the repatriation of mortal remains to Morocco are processed without the need for an appointment.

Consular Directory

A directory is available to French nationals living abroad to enable them to contact or locate consular services by country, town, region, etc. It contains contact details for consulates (addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, etc.). It can be accessed online via this link.
